Appropriationsis is a peer-reviewed journal published every year in December. Some special volumes are published in different times (like Seminar proceedings, Students Volume, etc.). A Call for Papers is generally posted in January every year and contributions are accepted till April 30.
First, the editors make the preliminary review. Then in the second stage, the teachers of the department review the papers submitted. Simultaneously, the external reviewers (senior faculty members of reputed institutions, mostly from universities) review the papers submitted. If there are conflicting reports received from the internal and external reviewers, the editors take the final decision. If the reviewers recommend revisions or modifications of the papers approved, the contributors are requested to do the same and the revised papers are once again sent to the reviewers for final approval.
The contributors submit an undertaking that their papers are their original writings and they will be responsible for any kind of copyright violation. The editorial team also makes a plagiarism check of the papers finally recommended for publication.
